Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for booking experiences and shopping with Nirvana Studio LLC. We strive to provide a peaceful and joyful experience for all of our guests. Please review our policies regarding workshop reservations, private events, and retail product purchases below.

1. Workshop Experience Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to limited seating and material preparation for each session, the following guidelines apply to public workshop bookings:

• Cancellations 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or transfer to a future workshop date upon request.
• Cancellations Within 24–48 Hours: Eligible for a studio credit or date rescheduling, but non-refundable.
• Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Reservations missed without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

2. Private Events & Party Bookings

Private event reservations require advance preparation and studio space reservation:

• Deposit payments required to hold private event dates are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days prior to the event date will allow your deposit to be applied to a new date.

3. Retail Products & Custom Candles

• Standard Retail Items: Unused, unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Custom Workshop Candles: Because candles crafted during workshop sessions are personalized creations, they are non-refundable once poured.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If an order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item for a replacement or refund.

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

To request a return, exchange, or workshop date change, please reach out with your name and order/booking number:
